Senior Business Advisor - ARPA-H
Job Position Description:
SoKat is seeking a Senior Business Advisor for ARPA-H. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is a new agency within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) focused on accelerating breakthroughs in health. ARPA-H operates with a high degree of flexibility and agility to support high-risk, high-reward research programs that have the potential to transform human health. The Business Financial Manager (BFM) plays a critical role in supporting ARPA-H's mission by providing comprehensive financial and administrative support to Program Managers (PMs) and the broader agency. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing program budgets and justifications, financial tracking and analysis, supporting solicitation and acquisition materials, and overall tracking and coordination of funding forecasts-to-actuals.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

15 years of experience as a Business Advisor.

Experience providing programmatic, business operations, and budget support to the Government.

Experience developing program budgets.

Experience developing office level budgets and acquisition processes.

Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines.

Knowledge of the full scope of business and programmatic processes, procedures and policies within an R&D technical office required.

Experience with ARPA processes and direct support to Government program managers highly preferred.

U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Responsibilities:
