Machine Learning-powered Predictive Modeling
SoKat built the first functioning, recurrent neural network in the federal government, powered by machine-learning technology to help HHS officials make acquisition plans. The network, which was built in 4 weeks, removes the tremendous burden on contracting officers who have to sift through thousands of statements of work for information in order to assess objectives, timelines and risk. The predictive model is estimated to save both tremendous time and money and free up contracting officers for higher-order tasks, rather than tedious manual labor.
